Local Cost Share

The Meade County Conservation District offers  Cost Share for Forage Improvement.  Cost Share is for 50% up to $750.  Forage Improvement Application.doc

 

Applications are available through the Meade County Conservation District office.

 

Kentucky State Cost Share

Applications will be accepted during the month of February.  More detailed information can be found here.  The practices that are available for cost-share are:

  • Vegetative Filter Strips

  • Integrated Crop Management

  • Pesticide Containment Facilities

  • Sinkhole Protection

  • Heavy Use Area Protection

  • Rotational Grazing System Establishment

  • Water Well Protection

  • Animal Waste Utilization

  • Forest Land Erosion Control System

  • Strip Intercropping System

  • Stream Crossing

  • Conservation District Environmental Grants

  • Cropland erosion Control Systems

  • Pasture & Hayland Erosion Control
